Day of Wedding Coordination
Make sure your day is perfect by hiring us to be your Day of Wedding Coordinator! Our Day of package includes:
-2 telephone conferences prior to the event to make sure we have all of the required information to make your day sparkle.
-Unlimited communication by text/email up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding
-Timeline creation
-Call vendors to coordinate arrival times
-Finalize vendor payments
-Assist with Decorating
-Directing vendors to the proper location
-Directing guests and answering any questions they may have
-Keeps unruly guests in line politely
-Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner to go over timeline with bridal party
-Manages timeline on wedding day/keeps everything on schedule
-Assistance with Decorating/set up and clean up
-Confirmation that the rings, vows, and marriage licenses are at the wedding
-Help create wedding playlist/make sure the DJ has the playlist and is prepared for the big day
-Emergency Kit
-Manage transitions
-Assistance with cutting the cake
Month of Wedding Coordination
Need help with coordinating the final details to make your wedding sparkle? Our month of package includes all services from the day of package plus:
-Assistance up to six weeks prior to the big day
-2 in person meetings, with one being one week before the wedding
-1 virtual meeting
-Final venue walk through with the bride to be sure we know where everything will be set up & where decorations will be
-Seating arrangement assistance
-Thank you card assistance
-Support system throughout the entire process
Full Service Wedding Coordination
Don't know where to even begin when it comes to planning your wedding? Don't worry we have you covered! Our full service package includes all services from the day of and month of packages plus:
-Unlimited in person meetings
-Unlimited communication
-Budget tracking/management
-Vendor recommendations/management/bookings
-Checklists to make sure things are being done on schedule
-Invitation assistance
-Assistance with the coordination of all wedding events (engagement party, bridal shower, bach trips, etc.)
